January Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month: Taylor Kline!

Taylor is being recognized for working extra hours to make sure routes are being completed, helping multiple team members in taking on extra tasks to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion, sticking around during bad weather events to make sure other employees were able to leave early and most of all having a super positive work ethic and being really easy to work with!

Taylor has been in the waste industry for 2 1/2 years, starting out with our customer service team and moving over into supervising our tracking department. Taylor’s favorite part of her job is monitoring routes with the team to ensure high quality customer collection and communication.

Taylor enjoys going to concerts with her fiancé, watching movies and spending time with her family. Her favorite animal is the giraffe and her favorite food is spaghetti.
