2022 Outlook

Dear Valued Customer, 

First, thank you for using Whitetail Disposal. The last couple years have been a great challenge for our families and your support and business is greatly appreciated. Whitetail’s commitment to you has been and will always be to work hard each day to control operating expenses and provide stable pricing as long as possible for our customers. 

Today, we all find ourselves in a period of time of significantly higher costs. Unfortunately, the waste industry has experienced increasing costs well above the nationwide inflation rate of 7.5%. In the last three weeks alone there has been a $.30 cent per gallon increase in fuel costs. Recent global turmoil has only magnified these increasing costs. Many market factors have played a role in the higher costs including increases in landfill and regulatory fees, equipment and parts (if you can find the parts), labor costs, insurance (vehicle, health, business) premiums, and of course fuel, oil, and lubricant costs. 

The sober reality is that these higher costs will not subside, and in the near future actually continue to increase. We’re no longer able to hold pricing when it does not cover the higher operating costs. 

This leaves Whitetail no other option but to implement price increases which will become effective on your next statement. These price increases are unavoidable and only cover the additional costs associated with the increased operating expenses. Please know that these new costs are outside of our control and are necessary to properly service your homes and businesses. 

We will continue to do everything in our control to offer stable and competitive pricing and I again thank you for your support, patience, and business.
